Terms of Use and License

1. Who we are

“Explorer Preview”, “PSD - Explorer Thumbnails and Preview” and “Explorer Thumbnails and Preview” (the “Software”) are published by Green 18 Enterprises LLC(“we”). By installing the Software or using https://explorerpreview.com you agree to these terms.

2. License

• Trial. The website edition runs fully featured for the trial period shown at download time. After it ends, thumbnail and preview rendering pauses until a license key is entered.
• Paid license. A purchased key licenses the Software on one Windows PC for personal or business use, perpetually for the major version purchased. Buy one license per machine.
• Microsoft Store edition. Licensing, trial and refunds for the Store edition are governed by the Microsoft Store terms.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or share license keys, or circumvent the trial or license checks.

3. Third-party software

The Software includes ImageMagick, © ImageMagick Studio LLC, under the ImageMagick License (Apache-2.0 compatible); its license and notices ship in the installation folder. Adobe and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. The Software reads the PSD file format and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

4. Refunds

Try before you buy — the trial is the full product. If something does not work on your machine after purchase and we cannot fix it with you, contact support@explorerpreview.com within 14 days and we will consider a refund at our discretion.

5. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. It only reads your files and does not modify them, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Content on https://explorerpreview.com is provided for information. We may change prices, trial length and these terms at any time; changes apply to new purchases and downloads.
